Episode summary: Leland gets back into action by handling the case of a a vocal teacher with a very vocal and very dissatisfied student. Tommy prosecutes a wealthy man accused of raping a prostitute he saw on a regular basis. Eli, on a caffeine high while studying for his California bar exam, tries to juggle the attentions of Jinx and his New York lover, Audrey.
